Appears that file inspection e.g., new raw .fif file type causes camera to launch pyplot window in non-interactive mode.

TODO try a plt.isinteractive() in camera.py check DB for MRI files

Another todo:

check why camera is called for fif files in the first place, i.e. what is the stacktrace.
