Add `Delete All` Keybindings in the Documentation #96

I am looking for a way to delete all the tests in the panel until I see the issue #31. It says we can press ctrl+a ctrl+d(Windows/Linux) or cmd+a ctrl+d (OSX) to delete all tests. Why not add this message to the README for our convenience?
