Boot pin is inverted compared to XT-ZB1 DevKit #4

I tested this out on an XT-ZB1 DevKit, and found that it could not connect. But if I set boot_pin_inverted to False, it connects just fine.

There is currently no flag to set whether pins are active-high or active-low.
