Some analysis files to support what I am writing in the discussion. I would suggest not merging just yet since I may add more. But I am opening the pull request now so that Javier can see what I have done and can comment if he likes.

So far, there are two parts:

  1. Analysis of the PDFs of surface brightness for several regions. This is complete and includes a new figure that I have now copied to the paper folder. The only additional thing that could be done here is to add in the sources with irregular fiber positions (Carina and M8). I didn't do these initially because they require extra work.
  2. A simple analysis of the slopes to see how consistent they are with all being the same value (m=1).

I am still working on this. I plan to add a panel to the figure showing how the surface brightness fluctuations correlate with sigma^2. This is to support what I am writing in the discussion of the slopes.

This is complete now I think. I just need to finish writing about it in the paper
