Fixed match score sorting bug

it turned out that the filtering by brands/providers/categories works properly,
sorting by match score didn't work due to invalid regex string,
tests should be provided after the refactor (
https://github.com/Java-DZGS/ingreedio-api/issues/121
) which will include
Product
entity changes.
Productentity changes.
