No tag for newest version #10

The current IAU SOFA version is 18 (2021-05-12), and this is already committed here. However, it has no tag attached (latest tag is 20210125). Is there a specific reason for that? If not, could you tag the latest release?

no reason - I think that I did something wrong - I had a local tag - anyway it should be there now
