[x] Add bundler so that newcomers don't have to figure out what gems they need when it breaks, and so that we can deploy to Heroku or something.
[ ] add some Text: Welcome back to Chicago!
[ ] add some sea creatures
[ ] add some plants?
[x] animate waves
[ ] where's the sun?

@Javi-Rev animated the waves. I modified them since then.

You can now just run rake and it'll only update the bits that have changed (eg won't recompile the haml if it hasn't been modified). Also, it opens in your browser automatically.
