The current Empress of Light texture is not the vanilla texture. This PR changes it to be based on this image from the wiki: https://terraria.wiki.gg/wiki/File:Empress_of_Light.png
I removed some white pixels on the image, doubled the resolution to be closer to the resolution of the current image, then optimized it with PNG Gauntlet.
Before anyone asks, yes the wings are off center. That's how it is in vanilla.
