UI accepts clicks when game is not in focus (alt tabbed) #130

"when i tab out to go to discord, it still lets me for some reason use the hero menu, which has caused me to accidently clear items even" (user is playing in windowed mode)

The terraria ui reportedly doesn't have the same issue. Need to check if other mods have the issue, if they don't, it's an issue with the custom ui system.
