[FR] Filter/group/search permissions #138

If there are so many permissions added by different mods, it gets harder to find one specific permission. This is also true for the mod list in mod configuration but I guess that should be requested from the tML team directly. Would be great if the permissions list are filterable/groupable/searchable.
