Interaction with LastPass Addon #173

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set "Show Firefox 4+ Titlebar" to "Disabled" in the Look & Feel Settings.
2. Install LastPass add-on.
3. Set the Firefox "Tabs On Top" setting on.

What is the expected output?
   LastPass adds a button to the toolbar that can be removed.

What do you see instead?
   Whether the button is added or not the Navigation Toolbar has padding added to it on left and right equivilent to the Firefox button and the Minimize/Maximize/Close buttons respectively.

What version of "Hide Caption Titlebar Plus" addon are you using?
2.4.1

No change in Firefox 8.0.

No change in Firefox 9.0.  It is still broken.
