[LINUX] Bottom padding with "Smaller tabs & tab bar" option enabled

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Active "Smaller tabs & tab bar" option in "New Way (For Fx's Australis 
Theme)"

What is the expected output?
In normal mode, the tabs are connected with the rest of the UI, and with this 
option it should be the same.

What do you see instead?
And extra padding/space between tab bar/tabs and the rest of the UI (See 
screenshot)

What version of "Hide Caption Titlebar Plus" addon are you using?

In addition, and related, the new tab button becomes wider when the option is 
enabled. Maybe too much

More information about the initial problem, it's related to if i added toolbar 
buttons in the sides of the tab bar. They modified the size and the tabs don't 
fill the extra space. I attached a screenshot with and without buttons.

I have two or three buttons on the right side (one of them the Hide Caption 
custom buttons like in the screenshot, i liked them better than the others 
built-in because are more centered and they look better).

I have fully fixed this, will be released in next version (check TEST versions 
too)
Also new version 286 "almost" fixed this, check it out.
