HCTP translation on Russian #349

Hey. I can not attach a file, because site write - "We don’t support that file type. Try again with a PNG, GIF, JPG, DOCX, PPTX, XLSX, TXT, PDF, or ZIP." And I upload ZIP.

So I give a link to the archive with the translated files. How to add them to the addon, I did not realize, I was only able to substitute another language for yourself. And, accordingly, to check how it looks I was only able to file option.dtd. Set status of translated 'nocomplete', but in fact, there translated 100%. Send me or post here assembled the addon, to check the view of the other files. If everything will be okay then 'Done'.

I'll upload your translation in BABELZILLA and let you in, just after I notify the previous RU translator there (and saving His/her translation).

Attached file with UPDATED ADDON with RUSSIAN language TEST!

This can be tested using LOAD TEMPORARY ADDON in "about:debugging" page. J

PS: there are little fixes in a couple of DTD files, and your readme file was moved inside RU locale! (same as eg. spanish locale) Please use this readme copy [UPDATE: and DTDs in BABELZILLA] if you do any further modifications, thanks! :-)

@Javier-DarthPalpatine Hi! On babelzilla.org I can not change one column, it gives an error of character mismatch. Let it remain as it is, since it is not critical. Found a mismatch in readme_ru and fixed it. readme_ru.rar

In general, I do not see any mistakes, but I will publish a link in the Russian forum, if there will be corrective comments, I will correct it.

Great! In babelzilla there are some character mismatch msgs about non matching parenthesis, numbers or other symbols that are only warnings, You can ignore them and keep your changes.

OK about readme, I've updated it here. Could you please use this attached copy of the readme file for any future modifications? I've done a couple needed touches in the links. locale_ru_readme.zip

@Javier-DarthPalpatine In general, I do not understand how to send messages there. About the fix, is it about '<>'? I already noticed this. In any case, I will continue to build on what lies at babelzilla.org.
