OffHand to Offhand name is correctly now #5

The file name of OffHand plugin is the correctly name Offhand not with big "H" the issue of #2 i fix it and its Doesn't show no more the Problem

When you install the Offhand plugin it actually renames itself to OffHand, so is correct as the way it is, and when I change it to this, poggit will not detect Offhand as a valid plugin, only OffHand
