As the player moves, the Elytra durability decreases. What Vanilla does not match #15

I checked that in vanilla Minecraft there are no durability decreases when moving while wearing elytra. This works when you have previously flown on elytras You can check it yourself or I can record a video

this works after you have used elytra and started a simple movement
