Create MIUI2 #20

This is a modified version of MIUI that I added shuffle and repeat to. I took the code for shuffle and repeat from the Modern and the BigCirc themes then modified it a bit. Since I didn't really understand this coding language, it could probably be optimized. I made this theme since I wanted the functionality of shuffle and repeat in the MIUI theme. I also didn't know how to add it to the player style menu (General).

I also noticed that there were no options for MIUI in appearance, is this intentional?

Thanks for the PR! This seems like a good addition. However I won't merge the pull request as it doesn't directly integrate the new style to Core with the sufficient files, but I might add an option for additional media controls to MIUI style in the future!

@EnhancedJax Added option to toggle both extra controls, closing this one and creating a new one but for MIUI.
