Rebrand Noir #260

Zoin rebranded to Noir.

Listing a coin with the algo is only done for the first coin to use it when the coin is considered a signature coin for the algo. Zoin no longer exists so lyra2z330 no longer has a signature coin. The reference to Zoin will be removed.
