Update INSTALL_LINUX #287

Add dnf command to install dependencies for RHEL based distributions

Thanks for your interest but I am declining this request. I prefer to keep the instructions as generic as possible. I only include package installation instructions for Ubuntu to help Linux newbies who are more likley to use that distro. Users of others distros are generally more experienced and are expected to know how to install packages on their system.
