Annoying during debugging, probably even worse when playing. Gamepads and especially JVS wouldn't be respected.
Although we should switch to https://wiki.libsdl.org/SDL_DisableScreenSaver probably.
https://wiki.libsdl.org/SDL_HINT_VIDEO_ALLOW_SCREENSAVER also claims that the screensaver is disabled by default anyway.. I'll keep this opened until I've confirmed the behaviour.
