Hangs at "ACTUATOR INITIALIZE" #93

Issue with the deluxe cab.

Not sure what I did about this, but I think this is fixed with using an UPLIGHT [sic] cabinet.

Returning 0x16 in v5 might be a bad idea. Test out a couple of options?
