Closes #14 . You can just drop swe1r-loader.exe to your game-folder and run it, it will then automatically launch swep1rcr.exe and patch it in memory. Note that the font patch still requires the font data files to be present in the same folder. An additional issue will be created about this.
swe1r-patcher.exe should only used for non-windows platforms or OpenSWE1R from now on.
Also helps with #13 as each feature is a seperate function now.
