adpcm-decoder: Output does not match audacity output to the bit #23

In fact, it's far off. However, audacity seems to load my file as float and not PCM S16. I should compare output against ffmpeg etc. too.

FFMPEG has different output too, so we have 3 different outputs at least.. We should probably write homebrew so we can test against hardware
