Includes fix attempt for #18 and is also based on #17, #16.

Also handles a case where NaN is given as fog distance.

TODO:

Rebase to master when the other stuff is merging or isolate test case so this can be done independently
Research how this should be done properly or why this is correct
NaN value is just experimental

Figure out why the TH: American Wasteland loadscreen does not respect fragColor.
