As a user i want to bet on who is going to win and see the probability change as the game progresses.

[ ] at the start of a new game the user is given a predetermined amount of tokens to bet
[ ] the user can choose to submit a bet at any point during the games.
[ ] a multiplier that degrades as the time remaining ticks down
[ ] a multiplier that increases as the score differential increases if betting on the underdog, and decreases if betting on the leader.

Advanced

[ ] Persistent money pool that follows the user through play sessions
[ ] allow the user to place multiple bets throughout the game.
