Hard coded connection strings #4

This refers to the "nodes" starting in audio.py starting at line 251

The variables are being hard coded in to connect to the lavalink server, needs to be moved to allow easier access for future changes.

NOTE THE PASSWORD MUST REMAIN: "youshallnotpass"

This will be just adding environment variables to the .env file
