Dockerfile run lavalink server detached #8

I have started looking into running the bot in a docker container, but hit a snag when I tried to get the lavalink server to run detached. Will need to fix in future.

As of right now the docker file will run the lavalink server but I cannot get the bot server to be able to connect to it
