Improve look of progress bar #180

Change to solid red slider icon, make the progress bar thinner, potentially go all the way across the screen

Ok it looks good on my tablet, but i'll need to see how it looks on the phones to see if the sizing is right for that. Maybe i'll trade one of you the tablet for a phone
