Update documentation on wiki #238

We need to update the technical documentation of the app in our wiki. @hwray this is going to be a task for you and me.

It looks like Github doesn't allow concurrent editing of Wiki pages, which will make this a huge pain. Let's try editing on this document, then pasting back in with markdown added:

I've split it into two pages, UI/UX documentation and Backend.

I added screenshots to this https://github.com/JayThomason/Tutti/wiki/UI-UX-Documentation and finished the backend documentation earlier so I'm going to close this issue.
