Bug: "Added by" username is not displayed on Client phones. #241

We've somehow lost the "Added by:" usernames on the Jam view of the Client phones.

Seems like it's not a UI issue, but an issue of us actually losing the "added by" strings at some point along the remote jam JSON updating.

Looks like we just lost a couple lines in the rowToSong method of the DatabaseHandler during a merge at some point. Fixed here:
