Issue: "Document type: Teacher Information, Operation: write" #114

While creating teacher I get the following error

Issue: "Document type: Teacher Information, Operation: write"

Can anyone suggest what is wrong?

Issue resolved. School Teacher group is not allowed to create the teacher but only administrator
