Then the logs say this:

The weird thing is, some 2 weeks ago, I had setup Odoo with same process as I've done now, and there wasn't any issue creating a School.
Right after installation and setup and login (didn't check the 'Load Data'),
I install the School module
I head over to the School module to create a school, then the error comes up.
I get this in the frontend
