Reservation folio error #145

Greetings!! Please i installed the Odoo8 HMS, after installation i tried making a reservation and then creating a folio, but i get an error about a missing column.

try to restart odoo service.

That didn't work. But the issue is with the UOM not defined when filling the room details. Please what is the uom for hotel rooms
