Need ability to edit all sections of a training program pathway.

Right now this is what I am able to edit (except for certifications): image image

I need the ability to edit everything.

Right now I can't edit the Title, Target Work Roles, Industry Certifications Included, or Digital Badges Awarded.

To do this, we need to stop synching with Badgr.

Also, this edit ability should show up in my Pathways section of the System Admin Panel. image

For example, any pathway currently listed gives me the ability to edit it by clicking on the pencil icon.

I need to be able to edit the title, course badges, and certifications. I also need to be able to edit the About This Pathway section.

@JayaAnim I am assigning this to you, as it may not be a very simple task.

Some extra information so all can see: When editing pathway certificates/course badges for a pathway they will all be under the credentials section (this has to be done since "technically" they stem from the same table). For course badges all are available, however, for certificates they only allow removal/addition if they were populated by us (not badgr). This is because badgr creates lots of duplicates, so it will avoid confusion.
