Employer user should have the the role as user and on their account it should reflect the user role

Code added to reflect this, shows "Employer user" for employers, "Employer manager" for employer manager, and "Employer admin" for employer admins (Sajida and elizabeth). Will verify this is what was requested in the meeting.
