When an employer posts a job and receives applications, he/she can currently sort by Active clearances and by willing to relocate, please add additional sort/filter by certifications as well

Deadline June 20th at 2 pm CST

This issue and the other filter issue are similar so I am treating them as the same issue. Filter changes have been made and pushed to the server but are incomplete due to the certifications filter needing modifications.
