Onetime import of logfiles though webinterface #121

It would be nice to be able to import .txt documents though the webinterface.
Or upload the file to the server and then run "import [filename]" treating the
file as is was syslog messages.

You can import a file from any Mac or Linux machine using the upload.sh script
found in the elsa/contrib folder. You will need to copy the script to the
machine you want to import from (if importing from a server other than your
ELSA server), then edit the url/user/apikey in the script to match the machine
you are uploading to. Then you can easily import files like:

sh import.sh /var/log/auth.log
