Add a favicon line to the index.php? #201

I keep several different pinned tabs open and would like to be able to easily 
identify the ELSA tab. I've created my own favicon and put it in the root 
directory but I have to re-add the favicon HTML each time there's an update. 
Could you put a line in there so we can use an icon if we choose? here's what I 
use:
<link rel="shortcut icon" href="favicon.ico" type="image/x-icon">
