FreeBSD pkg_* needs to be migrated to the new pkgng system #202

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.sh install.sh node && sh install.sh web
2.FreeBSD has deprecated the old package management system and it's EOL is Sept 
1, 2014, once you switch to pkgng none of the old pkg_* calls work.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I had to go through the install.sh and point all of the old pkg_* calls to the 
new way of doing it, and I would like it integrated into the script so that any 
future changes to the script/upgrades etc. won't require me to manually change 
them all again.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
FreeBSD 9.2 - I haven't gotten it fully installed yet, still working on it.

Please provide any additional information below.
