Trouble installing ELSA correctly #233

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. This is a fresh installation following the below steps

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I see the attached error. I expect to be able to search my logs. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS (GNU/Linux 3.13.0-46-generic x86_64)

Please provide any additional information below.

The new script from github helped me complete the installation. I had to use 
the following steps
