has Transform is Broken #238

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Perform a search with the "has" transform.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
This should return the query results after piping them to the transform but 
instead it throws an error.  See Attached Screenshot.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
As far as I Know I am running the latest version of ELSA.  ELSA is running on 
RHEL 6.6 and is fully patched.

Please provide any additional information below.
This began to occur after updating to the latest software packages on the 
server.
