Why add_programs is not called in Realtime mode? #97

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install elsa
2. put elsa in realtime mode
3. add logs to the database with new program
4. program that  should be in the database are not present

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
not inserting programs in the programs table
ow.

for more information in realtime mode program names do not appear. so it might 
be related to not calling add_programs on that mode.

I can confirm this bug.  Realtime mode has had some other bugs in it as well, 
so I will be working on this to try to improve things.  Thanks for the report.
