ASCII not explained in user guide #4

Since the reader is an event planner who may not be well versed with technical terms, an explanation of the terms in a glossary would help them use the user guide more easily. The screenshot below from your user guide highlights the section in question (findevent)

Reason for disagreement: Note that the screenshot I sent was from the UG, which is what a first time user will reference. This does not contain an explanation of the term ASCII. The developers' argument the DG contains an explanation for the term does not fix this as it is unlikely that a first time user will reference the developer guide for explanations.
