This is an existing planned enhancement in our DG.

Reason for disagreement: This is a fundamental feature without which the app becomes unusable. It is very likely that a user could accidentally add the same person twice by oversight and the app would accept it if different cases were used. Since there can now be two instances of the same person, part of their events can be added in one and the rest in the other instance. This is a major feature flaw in the app's conception.
