Updated the file to work with the current INE website.
Disabled / removed the "Siterip" option due to many errors.
Temporary workaround to still download everything is to pick the "download from range" option and set the range from 0 to "last number in the course list range".
Removed the generic course download progress bars as they were messing up the terminal overview.
Added simple video progress bars for download time estimates
