DHT11 fault msg on display #1

Good afternoon, i have brought the iteam for the telescope dew heater project. I assembled it and followed circuitry. However, every time I get dht11 fault msg. I have brought 3 protoshield and 2 dht11 but still getting the same result. I would appreciate if I can get some guidance for diagnosis. Maybe I'm doing something wrong as this was my first ever project. Thank you Rohit

I consulted at jaycars and was told that the problem was with the coding. I'm new to the electronic with no knowledge of coding. It would be a great help if I I could get some guidance or support in this matter. Thank you ROHIT
