How does this look like now?

I tried to upload this to PyPi, but the screenshots did not show up properly there because it turns out PyPi doesn't render from the package path. I was able to find a workaround, but the version will be 1.0.3 instead of 1.0.2.

I'll upload it to PyPi after your review, and the version badge in the readme will update automatically afterward.

@danhuaxu it might be good to change the .png file names for (2) and (3).

It is probably good to use either tray-launcher or tray launcher consistently in the readme.

@danhuaxu you're going to re-upload the 2 screenshots that show progressive tray-launcher zoom-ins, correct? Those were good. I just wanted them to have more descriptive file names.
