Ukrainian layout is broken on ASUS TF101 hardware keyboard #1067

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Just type letters having Ukrainian layout active.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Letters from neighbor keys appears on the screen instead of the expected ones. 
In English equivalent this is the same as getting "e" instead of "w", "r" 
instead of "e", etc.

Looks like the mapping between the hardware keys and actual characters is 
broken (skewed for "qwe" and "zxc" rows).

Russian layout which contains similar characters works perfectly well.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest version from Play for Android 4.0.3.

Issue is similar to the old Russian Issue #463.

This is already fixed by 4pda.ru. Its a pity that Play still distributes buggy 
version.
