What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Choose iPhone style bottom row (with or without microphone)
2. Press the [.?123] button
3. Press the [.?123] again
What is the expected output?
I would expect to see the keyboard toggle between Alphabetic layout and
numeric/symbol layout
What do you see instead?
Only numeric/symbol layout, the keyboard doesn't toggle
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 20130203-skinny-eye-candy (release 91)

Please provide any additional information below:
On iPhone (well on iPad at least) this behaviour is different, the key toggles
between the two keyboard layouts. I would appreciate it if AnySoftKeyboard
would behave the same ( [.?123] -> [ABC] -> [.?123] -> [ABC] etc).
