T9 3x4 Swap delete key to emoticon position? #1122

On the excellent T9 3x4 layout, often used Delete X key in awkward non-thumb 
friendly position, to swap with less used Emoticon key would greatly improve 
operation on my Samsung S4 mini.  thanks, greg.
