Theme request #221

After theming is implemented, I'd like a theme that behaves as follows:

Background: black
Key outlines: none
Key dividers: none
Key labels: monochrome user specified color, font characters/svg only, no
resource bitmaps whatsoever.

..so it's just black from the top of the keyboard down, except the key
labels themselves, and the only indication you have of the key you're
hitting is the character appearing in the proper field and/or the key
preview popup.

..naturally I'd also recommend it be made the default.

(If the fonts on Android don't supply all the needed glyphs, rip them from a
Liberally
licensed font that does.)
